In October 2020, we will once again vote on which plans made by young people will be developed next year!
Every year, RuutiBudjetti is used to make common decisions about how time and money are allocated for the development of young people's leisure time, hobby opportunities, services and the entire city.
The voting period is 5–30 October. All pupils in grades 6–9 can vote using their Wilma credentials, primarily at the voting events at their local school, or independently on their own time. Young people aged 12–17 who are not enrolled in a school can vote at their local Youth Centres.
1.) Go to ruutibudjetti.hel.fi
2.) Log in via the upper right corner. The website will ask you to confirm your identity with Wilma credentials before voting. Follow the instructions and enter your Wilma credentials. If you have forgotten your password, contact a teacher or secretary from your school.
3.) After the identification, the service will direct you to vote in your Ruuti area. The service will determine your Ruuti area based on your school.
4.) Read through the ideas you can vote for, and think about how to distribute your votes. You have 3 votes.
5.) You can vote for up to three ideas. You can give one vote to each idea. If you wish, you can leave your votes unused or vote for nothing, if you do not want to vote for any of the ideas.
6.) Once you have voted, remember to confirm your choices. The system will ask you to confirm your choices via the ‘Confirm’/’Vahvista’ button, after which your votes will be registered.
7.) After the voting, you can log out of the service.
If there are issues with the log-in or you are not enrolled in a school, you can contact your teacher or a local youth worker – they’ll help you!
